The Budget Committee:

• Solicits input from the Board, local affiliates, and staff concerning expansion, reduction, addition, or deletion of budget items
• Suggests investment possibilities to the Board of Directors
• Prepares a proposed budget for consideration by the Board
• Presents and justify the budget at the Representative Assembly
• Recommend a budget and a policy to insure a balanced budget and the maintenance of adequate reserves
