TEA Advocacy Hotline Online Portal Instructions 


Welcome to the TEA Advocacy Hotline Online Portal, a service of the Tennessee Education Association to assist association representatives (ARs) and local association leaders in serving the needs of our members. 

To request assistance from the TEA Advocacy Hotline, please complete the form on the following page and the Hotline staff will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.   Our goal is to respond within 1-2 business days.

Although our staff will work diligently to protect your privacy, by completing this form you understand and agree that Hotline staff may discuss your matter with UniServ staff or other Association representatives.  If this presents a problem for you, please indicate on the form that you want your matter to remain completely confidential and understand that this may limit staff’s ability to address your concerns. 

If a matter is of a particularly sensitive nature, please use discretion in the details provided on the form.  More detail can be obtained as needed when Hotline staff respond to your request.

It is critical that Hotline staff respond only to your personal phone or email address since school-based email and phone numbers may be monitored by school administration.  Be sure to provide your personal contact information on the form.
