This conference is designed to provide professional development opportunities for participants to help them gain the skills and knowledge they need to: 1) access the benefits of membership, from representation on the job to financial resources for the whole family; 2) understand their rights on the job; 3) improve communication skills when having crucial or critical conversations with co-workers, supervisors, parents and students; and 4) properly manage money & credit. These skills are typically provided through one full day of professional development at the Tennessee Education Association in downtown Nashville. The 2020 ESP Conference is part of the inaugural virtual Fall Symposium. The ESP Conference is open to all TEA education support professional members.
